Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the full reservation amount will be charged. When making a reservation, it is necessary to provide personal details and a valid card number, which will be charged only in case of a no-show. We do not accept American Express cards as a means of payment guarantee.

The personal data entered for the purpose of the reservation are processed via the Hotel Runner channel manager and are not used for any other purpose. We do not share your data with any external partners. Your provided data may be used for direct communication with you by phone or email. If you do not wish your data to be used after your stay, please notify us via email.
